Shipping & Returns

All prices on this site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and all transactions are billed in NZD. We include a copy of the paid invoice with your order - you will also receive an order confirmation via email.

We currently use Post Haste couriers for orders in New Zealand, with a flat rate of $10.00 for orders under 20kg. We offer FREE DELIVERY in New Zealand on orders over $140.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to the Outer Islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d'Urville Island) due to the significant additional costs. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

We aim for overnight delivery on South Island orders and a two-day service for the North Island (from the time of dispatch), although it can sometimes take two or three days longer than this depending on carriers and transport conditions.
Please let us know if your delivery is urgent and we'll see what we can do. If you order before midday, we will aim to get your order out the same day, otherwise it will be sent on the next working day. 

Orders are always well packed and to date we have had no problems. If you have any special instructions for where the courier should leave your order, please write this in the 'special instructions' section on the shopping cart page

If your order is lost in transit, you must report this to us within 14 days of it being shipped to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Damages must be reported within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please note that we cannot send single orders to multiple addresses. You will need to make one order per address.
