INGREDIENTS
- 1 C cream
- 1/3C Honey
- 1/4C sugar
- 3T butter
- 3C mixed nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts and almonds)
- 1/2C raisins
- Short crust pastry
METHOD
- Prebake a short crust base in 28-30cm tart tin
- Boil cream, honey, sugar and butter for 1 minute
- Scatter the mixed nuts and raisins onto pastry and pour cream over the top
- Bake 25 mins 175C
